Magic & Movement ("we," "us," "our") operates magicandmovement.co. This policy explains what we collect when you use our website, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We keep it in plain language on purpose.
We collect information you give us directly. On this website, that is the name and email address you enter into our waitlist form. Nothing on this site requires you to provide any other personal information.
If you email us at hello@magicandmovement.co, we receive whatever you choose to include in that message.
Our hosting provider automatically records standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used to keep the site running and secure, and we do not use it to identify you.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. Flodesk may set cookies necessary for its form to function. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this policy before doing so.
We keep your waitlist information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and for a reasonable period afterward to honor your request and meet our legal obligations.
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you may opt out of marketing email at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under the Florida Digital Bill of Rights, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended, or the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation, including the right to request a copy of your data and the right to object to certain processing.
