These terms govern your use of magicandmovement.co, operated by Magic & Movement ("we," "us," "our"). By using this website, joining our waitlist or attending one of our events, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
You may use this site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to interfere with the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, use it for any unlawful purpose, or copy or scrape its contents for commercial use.
The name Magic & Movement, our logo, and the text, photography, design and other material on this site belong to us or to the photographers and partners who licensed it to us. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from it without our written permission.
Joining the waitlist means you are asking to be notified when tickets become available and agreeing to receive email from us. Joining the waitlist does not reserve a ticket, guarantee availability or guarantee a particular price. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
Tickets for our events are sold through SweatPals, a third-party platform. When you purchase a ticket you are also entering into SweatPals' own terms and privacy policy, and your payment is processed by them, not by us. We do not store your payment details.
Capacity is limited and tickets are sold on a first come, first served basis. A ticket admits one person and is for personal use. We may refuse admission or remove anyone whose conduct is unsafe, disruptive or harmful to other guests.
Tickets are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, credits or exchanges for any reason, including if you are unable to attend. Please be certain of the date, time and location before you purchase.
If we cancel an event outright and do not reschedule it, we will contact ticket holders with options. If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will be honored for the new date.
Our events include physical movement, including mat Pilates. Participation is voluntary and you take part at your own risk. You are responsible for knowing your own physical limits, stopping if something hurts, and consulting a physician before participating if you have any medical condition, injury, or are pregnant or recently postpartum.
Nothing on this website or at our events is medical, psychological, nutritional or professional advice, and nothing we say is a substitute for care from a qualified professional. You will be asked to sign a separate waiver and release before participating.
Our events are photographed and filmed. By attending, you understand that you may appear in photographs, video and audio recordings, and you grant Magic & Movement and our event partners the right to use that footage for promotional, editorial and commercial purposes, across any media, without compensation or further approval. If you prefer not to be photographed, please tell us at check-in and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Our events feature partner brands, and our site and emails may link to other websites. We do not control those businesses or sites and are not responsible for their products, services, content or practices.
This website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error free or free of harmful components, or that the information on it is complete or current.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Magic & Movement and its owners, employees and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of this website, and our total liability relating to this website will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
We may update these terms. The version posted here with the current effective date is the one that applies.
